QR Code Authentication

Excalibur uses QR codes for authentication instead of push notifications or SMS. Push notifications, SMS, and other similar methods can cause MFA fatigue, which attackers can exploit. Scanning a QR code to log in is a "pull" approach that cannot be exploited by attackers in the same way.
