Peer Verification¶
Peer verification in Excalibur is a configurable security policy feature. It requires an additional approval step from a designated peer (or a member of a designated group) before access to a resource is granted.
How It Works¶
When a user attempts to access a resource for which peer verification is enabled, the system triggers a request. For example: "If user X wants to access resource Y, and condition Z is met, then require peer verification from any member of group W before granting access."
Applicable Actions¶
Any access attempt to any resource managed by Excalibur can be configured to require peer verification, as defined by the security policy.
