Support policy

To ensure security, stability, and access to the latest features, only the five most recent versions are officially supported at any given time. New versions are released approximately once per month, and older versions are retired as new releases become available.

  • Excalibur-hosted environments: upgrades are applied automatically, so no action is required from customers.
  • Partner-hosted environments: partners are responsible for managing upgrades and should ensure their environments stay within the supported version window.

We strongly recommend staying up to date to continue receiving improvements, fixes, and full support.
